It really starts with your guest count! The more guests, the more tables and areas that will need decor. Here’s a general price guide based on our Central Texas weddings:

100–125 guests: $5,000–$7,000

125–150 guests: $7,000–$10,000

175–200 guests: $10,000–$12,000

200+ guests: $12,000+

These estimates reflect typical ceremony and reception florals. Luxe designs and large-scale installations may require additional investment.
